JEMSO provides the following services:

- Event organization (drift, drag racing, car shows, meetups)
- Subscription-based premium content and features

3. User Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payment terms are as follows:
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in Russian Rubles (RUB).
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Event registration fees are non-refundable after the event date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All text, images, videos, and other materials created by JEMSO are our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without permission.
User Content
By uploading content, you grant JEMSO a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform and promotional materials.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Harass or threaten other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for commercial purposes without permission
- Engage in any activity that disrupts our services
7. Event Participation
Participation in JEMSO events is subject to specific rules:
- You must comply with all event rules and safety requirements
- JEMSO reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for violations
- Participation in motorsport events is at your own risk
- Media captured at events may be used for promotional purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
JEMSO provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated content. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Dagestan, Russian Federation.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
