This document is an official public offer (in accordance with Article 435 and part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) from Individual Entrepreneur Khaibulaev Shamil Magomedrashidovich (hereinafter "Executor") to conclude a service agreement on the terms set forth below.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Executor undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services:

• Access to premium content (articles, videos, educational materials)
• Participation in paid events (drift shows, racing, car meetups)
• Access to exclusive community features
• Other services listed on the Platform

3. Acceptance of the Offer

This offer is considered accepted from the moment the Customer performs any of the following actions:

• Payment for services through the Platform
• Registration for a paid event
• Subscribing to a paid plan

6. Cost and Payment Procedure

Payment for services is made as follows:

• Prices are indicated on the Platform in Russian Rubles (RUB)
• Payment is made via bank card through YooKassa payment system
• Subscription payment is charged in advance for the selected period
• The Executor reserves the right to change prices with 14 days advance notice

7. Refunds

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

• Within 14 days of subscription purchase if services were not used
• In case of technical impossibility to provide services through Executor's fault
• In case of event cancellation by the Executor

8. Liability of the Parties

Liability of the parties is determined as follows:

• The Executor is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues beyond their control
• The Customer is responsible for compliance with safety rules during event participation
• The maximum liability of the Executor is limited to the amount paid by the Customer

9. Force Majeure

The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this agreement if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of this agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court at the location of the Executor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Agreement Term

This offer is valid from the moment of publication on the Platform. The agreement with each Customer is valid for the period of paid services, or until terminated by either party with 30 days notice.
